About this role
Providing person-centred support to young people aged 16–18 in supported accommodation, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living.
Responsibilities include supporting with education, employment, budgeting, cooking, health and wellbeing, safeguarding, tenancy readiness, and accessing community services.
Working collaboratively with social workers and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes while ensuring young people's safety, stability, and emotional wellbeing.
