Sports Club Bar & Hospitality Manager

The Bar & Hospitality Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial and people management of the Club's bar, hospitality and events activities.

The postholder will ensure that the bar operates efficiently, safely, profitably and in compliance with all licensing and legal requirements, while delivering excellent service to members, guests and event attendees. The role will work with a team of staff to cover the opening hours throughout the day and evening.

The role combines hands-on operational management with financial control, staff leadership, event coordination and strategic development of the Club's hospitality offer.
