Job Role - Production Line Operative (Electronics Manufacturing Industry)

As a Production Line Operative in Tamworth, you will be working within a modern production environment within the electronics manufacturing industry, supporting the manufacture and processing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) through various stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating semi-automated production machinery
• Handling chemicals safely as part of the manufacturing process
• Copper bonding on PCB panels
• Operating CNC machines to rout finished circuit boards from main panels
• Processing PCB panels with resin during the fill stage
• Preparing boards for testing and inspection
• Following production instructions and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting general production line duties as required

Requirements

• No experience required - full training provided
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
