TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

We are now looking for someone who shares that commitment to join us in the role of Employability and Skills Tutor.

About the role

Are you an experienced tutor or industry professional looking to make a real difference? At NET – National Employer Training, we're looking for passionate individuals to help learners gain the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to succeed.

Whether your background is in Security (SIA), Health & Social Care, Warehousing & Logistics, or another vocational sector, we'd love to hear from you.

No teaching qualification? No problem. If you have strong industry experience and a passion for developing others, we'll support you to become a qualified tutor.

About the person

Do you have industry experience and a passion for helping others succeed?

We're looking for enthusiastic professionals who can bring their real-world knowledge into the classroom and inspire learners to achieve their goals. Whether you're already a qualified tutor or considering your first step into teaching, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll Have

Recent industry experience and strong occupational expertise, with the ability to engage, motivate and inspire people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, alongside a professional, positive and learner-focused approach.

Strong organisational skills and confidence using digital technology to support learning and administration.

Qualifications

A teaching qualification is desirable, but it's not essential.

If you have the right industry experience and a passion for developing others, we'll support you to gain the qualifications needed to become a successful tutor.

You'll also hold Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent) and relevant vocational qualifications or occupational competence within your sector.
