About the Role

Join Itec as a​Training Coordinator​and play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial and government-funded training programmes. You’ll support the coordination of open courses and bespoke group training, working closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience while contributing to business growth.

We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, a positive mindset, and a “can-do” attitude, taking pride in delivering excellent service and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate training courses from enquiry through to delivery

Act as a main point of contact for clients and Associate Trainers

Manage bookings, course logistics, and delegate communications

Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records and reports

Support the Sales team by identifying leads and new opportunities

Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and support financial processes

Collate feedback and help improve future training delivery

Work with marketing to promote upcoming courses

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a​customer-facing, sales, or training environment

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience using​CRM systems

Confident IT skills and good attention to detail

Ability to work in a​target-driven, fast-paced environment

A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude
