About this role

What you'll bring We are looking for a senior leader with substantial experience across corporate affairs, governance and assurance, strategy, communications, planning, performance and risk. You will bring excellent judgement, strong influencing skills and the confidence to operate effectively with executive teams, Boards, Committees, sponsors and senior stakeholders. You will be an outstanding communicator, able to provide clear advice on complex and sensitive issues, shape organisational narrative, and support senior leaders in managing reputation, engagement and delivery. You will also have a proven ability to lead teams, develop capability, manage resources and support continuous improvement in a complex environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of public sector governance, accountability and assurance, ideally within an arms-length body, NHS or similarly complex public service environment.
