Hold overall accountability on behalf of the Chief Delivery Officer for effective use of performance frameworks to ensure robust oversight Drive the adoption of advanced performance management systems, leveraging data, benchmarking and predictive analytics to deliver improvement Drive recovery and improvement programmes where performance is challenged, ensuring sustainable delivery Ensure clear accountability frameworks are in place across all services Provide senior leadership on performance delivery Ensure performance delivery and improvement actions are informed by data insights Oversee development of modern, efficient and responsive support services aligned to organisational priorities Please refer to full job description attached
