managing medicines related processes and workflows, acting as a first point of contact for routine medicines queries, completing actions following clinical decisions made by pharmacists. The post holder will not undertake independent clinical decision making or prescribing, but will work closely with clinical pharmacists, prescription coordinators and the wider practice team to reduce risk, improve patient experience, and protect funded clinical capacity.
