THE ROLE

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an efficient parts service to the workshop, trade customers, and retail customers while ensuring stock is accurately managed and customers receive outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include

·Supplying parts to the workshop, trade customers, and retail customers

·Working across both the front and back parts counters

·Ordering vehicle parts and accessories efficiently

·Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory control

·Processing customer orders accurately and promptly

·Handling a high volume of inbound telephone and email enquiries

·Identifying the correct parts using the dealership management system

·Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service

·Maximising parts sales through effective customer communication and product knowledge

ABOUT YOU

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate

·Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry

·Experience working with both trade and retail customers

·Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle or a similar Dealer Management System

·Strong customer service and communication skills

·A confident and proactive approach to sales

·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

·The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
