Social Value and Improvement Manager

About this role

Key Responsibilities Social Value Leadership Develop and implement the organisations social value strategy, aligned with operational priorities and Home Office requirements. Identify and promote opportunities to create positive outcomes for communities, staff, and stakeholders. Build and maintain partnerships with local agencies and community organisations. Monitor and report on social value initiatives using data and impact metrics. Continuous Improvement Lead service improvement projects to enhance operational processes and performance. Conduct audits, reviews, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement. Implement and track improvement plans, evaluating their effectiveness. Support operational staff in embedding best practices and improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison with internal teams, the Senior Management Team, external partners, and community organisations. Represent DrPA Secure in forums, meetings, and engagement activities. Ensure initiatives meet community needs and organisational objectives. Reporting & Governance Produce clear reports on social value and improvement initiatives for management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and documentation of projects and impact assessments. Support audits, inspections, and evaluations relating to social value and operational performance. Supports site KPIs by driving measurable improvements in operational performance, staff engagement, and community impact, ensuring social value initiatives and service improvement projects contribute to Home Office compliance, efficiency targets, and quality outcome metrics.
