About this role

Are you an experienced coordinator who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional approach within a supportive team?

We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our busy Service Delivery Team in Chipping Sodbury, supporting the delivery of essential in-house gas services to our customers.

This is a part-time, office-based role working 24.5 hours per week.

The working pattern is

Monday

8:30am – 6:00pm

Thursday

9:00am – 6:00pm

Friday

9:00am – 6:00pm

You will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of services and repairs
  • Allocating emergency, urgent, and routine work to engineers effectively
  • Monitoring service requests, job progress, and productivity using digital scheduling platforms
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding service issues
  • Ensuring all operational processes meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Assisting with the compilation of performance reports, including KPIs and customer satisfaction data

🧩 What We're Looking For

  • Experience in service coordination, planning, compliance, or a similar fast-paced environment
