Using strong leadership and coaching skills, you will develop a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture, promoting employee wellbeing, customer service and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Take the lead on Health, Safety and compliance across the site, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

• Oversee site risk management, including audits, inspections, contractor management, incident investigations, facilities compliance and business continuity planning.

What we’re looking for

• Confident using operational data and systems to monitor performance, identify improvements and drive operational efficiency.

• An organised and proactive approach, with excellent communication skills, a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for creating a positive and safe working environment.
