CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (RECEPTION) PART TIME

– GRADE 4

£25,804 - £28,778 pa (pro rata)

This admin support post will be based at the Leahurst Campus on the Wirral Peninsula. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic professional services team.

You will work with the Small Animal Teaching Hospital client services team, supporting the clinical activities in a specialist multi-disciplinary referral only veterinary hospital. You will be experienced in working front of house is a fast-paced service delivery environment, working directly with fee paying members of the public. Ideally, you will have experience working in a clinical environment and have a commitment to providing high quality client services.

This post is permanent and available from July 2026. It is part time (30 hours per week).
