Light Mechanical Operator / Production Technician

We are looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined individual to set up, operate, and maintain specialized light manufacturing equipment at our Tiverton head office.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

Set up, start, and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet consistency and quality standards.

Preventative Maintenance

Perform routine upkeep (cleaning, lubricating mechanical components, and checking for wear) to keep the machinery running optimally.

Mechanical Troubleshooting

Diagnose and fix minor mechanical or operational issues independently (e.g., clearing jams, adjusting belt tension, replacing minor wear-and-tear components).

Quality Control

Visually inspect output to catch and fix defects early.

Material Preparation

Load raw materials into the machinery and neatly organize finished product inventory.
