Enquiries & Support
Serving as the first point of contact for clients, families, and professionals via phone and email.

Records Management
Updating and maintaining accurate service user files and care plans on the company's management software.

Compliance Checks
Monitoring visit logs, tracking care reviews, and alerting management to missed or late visits.

Onboarding
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new care workers, including DBS check tracking and reference collection.

Training & Appraisals
Tracking staff training modules, monitoring expiring certifications, and informing coordinators of upcoming performance appraisals.
•
Roster Support
Processing weekly timesheets, auditing mileage logs, and organizing staff communication (e.g., messaging apps).
•
Compliance & Auditing
Ensuring the office maintains strict data protection standards (GDPR compliance) and works in accordance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) key lines of enquiry.
•
General Office Duties
Ordering office supplies, maintaining equipment, and preparing routine reports.
