At Sodexo, you'll belong in a team where wellbeing comes first. We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fitness Advisor to join our team at GSK HQ, helping to deliver an outstanding fitness and wellbeing experience for members and visitors.

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the fitness facility, supporting members with inductions, personalised fitness programmes and group exercise classes, while ensuring the gym remains safe, welcoming and well maintained.

What you'll do

  • Deliver gym inductions and fitness assessments
  • Create and review fitness programmes
  • Lead group exercise classes
  • Support daily gym operations
  • Maintain fitness equipment and facilities
  • Promote health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
  • Complete cleaning and equipment checks
  • Support wellbeing events and activities
  • Assist with membership enquiries
  • Help achieve service and sales targets

What you'll bring

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passion for health and wellbeing
  • Experience delivering fitness programmes
  • Confidence leading group exercise classes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of health and safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and positive approach
