Bryn Primary School is seeking an organised, professional, and enthusiastic Clerk to provide high-quality administrative support within our busy school office.
The successful candidate will manage enquiries, maintain accurate pupil records, prepare correspondence and reports, support attendance and financial administration, and coordinate meetings and office procedures. You will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies, delivering a welcoming and efficient service.
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, prioritise workloads, and contribute positively to the smooth running of our friendly and supportive school community.
For the role, we ask that you have
An NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline.
Good numeracy/literacy skills.
Experience in general clerical/administrative work.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 16th September.
