Winner Education are working with a number of secondary schools in the Great Barr area who are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply or long-term opportunities, we have roles to suit your availability.

What You'll Do

•

Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

•

Create a positive and productive learning environment

•

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

•

Ensure students remain engaged and make progress during lessons

•

Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments

•

Provide feedback to teaching staff where required

What We're Looking For

•

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

•

Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school

•

Confidence teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4

•

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

•

Strong communication and organisational skills

•

A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
