Private care Medical day Unit /Private Outpatients/ Inpatients we are seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling officer / Administrator to help maintain the efficient scheduling of treatments in their Medical day Unit & Outpatient Department at our Sutton, Chelsea and Cavendish site. This post is vital to the smooth running of the Private Care Unit. You will work in a busy environment, providing a supportive role to the clinical teams. The role also includes some movement around different parts of the hospital as well as admin based roles. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and organisational skills. Keyboard/IT skills are essential and hospital experience is desirable. The post is for 37.5 Hours a week Monday and Friday ; with varied shifts between 8.00am – 8.00pm, working at Sutton/ Chelsea / Cavendish site on a rota basis. for further information please contact Emma Mckenna on ext 4002
To provide a high-quality, patient-focused service across Private Care Outpatients, Private Medical Day Unit (PPMDU) & Robert Tiffany Reception Desk, combining guest relations, administrative and
scheduling responsibilities.
The post holder will ensure a seamless patient pathway by coordinating appointments, supporting clinic and day unit activity, and delivering an excellent front-of-house/Guest Relations experience for patients
and relatives.
This role is integral to maintaining flow, capacity, and patient experience across the Sutton Private Care Service.
The post holder will prioritise either front of house or scheduling responsibilities depending on daily service demand via team rota.

Assist in the maintenance of Technical Services facilities as defined in Good Manufacturing Practice (Rules and Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Distributors 2017 – ‘The Orange Guide’) and to comply with current NHS guidance on Aseptic Processing (Quality Assurance of Aseptic Processing. 5th ed. Ed Alison Beaney, Pharmaceutical Press).
Become familiar with Standard Operating Procedures and COSHH forms for Technical Services.
Complete the in-house training programme and the in-house accreditation programme according to grade and responsibility.
