Infly Management Ltd is an innovative, fast-growing agency specializing in Influencer Marketing, Public Relations (PR), and Strategic Communication. To support our expansion, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven Commission-Based Partnership Development Manager to join us as an independent contractor (Freelance).
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our business development, operating with total autonomy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify high-potential brands, corporate clients, and agencies that require strategic visibility, and convert them into long-term partners for Infly Management. This includes managing the entire sales cycle: from deep-dive market research and initial multi-channel outreach (cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, networking) to delivering persuasive pitches to key decision-makers and closing high-value service contracts.
Because this position is 100% commission-based, there is no fixed salary or financial ceiling. You will be compensated generously on a success-only basis, receiving a highly competitive percentage of every deal you secure.
