Camden Community Occupational Therapist - Band 6

Manage a caseload of service users in the community and be key clinician for the service Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions including groups and individual Support people to develop daily living skills, independence, and meaningful activity Supervise, students and other junior staff members including employment support offering support from an OT perspective Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies Contribute to recovery-focused care planning and safe discharge Engage in community-based and home visit work Be an active member of the community occupational therapy team within the borough and across the care group Act as deputy to team lead when required, taking on some management tasks and attendance at senior clinical and network meetings
