Sherwood Forest Hospitals are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our Adult Critical Care team.

As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the department’s medical and managerial staff. This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working collaboratively within a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely input of medical information to produce high‑quality reports using the departmental information system.
  • Providing secretarial support to consultants, including diary management and handling telephone messages
  • Providing secretarial support to our specialist family liaison and rehab nurses, arranging follow up appointment with patients.
