Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility may be required)

As an Administrative Officer, you'll provide essential administrative support to help cases progress through the court and tribunal system. Working as part of a team, you'll manage a range of administrative tasks, support court operations, and provide excellent customer service to court users and colleagues

What you'll be doing
- Prepare court papers, files and official documents.
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, filing, photocopying and general office administration.
- Organise meetings, book rooms and prepare agendas and supporting materials.
- Draft routine correspondence, reports and meeting notes.
- Support court and tribunal hearings by ensuring paperwork is complete and available.
- Respond to enquiries in person, by phone and in writing, providing a professional and helpful service.
- Process court documentation, fines, fees and other case-related information accurately.
- Check documents and records for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Gather and compile information for reports, statistics and other administrative tasks.
- Carry out basic financial and data processing tasks where required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and support the wider team.
- Undertake other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.

Additional information
* Basic DBS clearance (to be applied for by Brook Street upon successful application)
* If you have spent 6 months or longer outside the UK in the last 3 years, an overseas police check will be required (cost to be covered by the candidate)
