Key Responsibilities of the Senior Pricing Manager

Develop and implement firm-wide pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead a high-performing team, fostering growth and collaboration.
Drive the global client fee deal process, ensuring commercial proposals meet stakeholder needs.
Provide strategic insights and challenge senior stakeholders to optimise profitability.
Negotiate directly with clients, both locally and internationally.
Oversee financial modelling and ensure quality control of pricing outputs.
Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices and market intelligence.

Required Experience of Senior Pricing Manager

Professional Background

5+ years of experience leading pricing functions in a global professional services or law firm environment.
Proven expertise in strategic negotiations and delivering actionable pricing insights.
Skilled in complex modelling, quantitative analysis, and leveraging automation and AI.
Experience as a line manager, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Educational Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
