Refuse Loader - Temporary 3 Month Contract

Monday to Friday | 06:30 - 16:30

Immediate Start - Monday

We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for a 3-month temporary contract in the Kidderminster area. This is an ongoing position for the duration of the contract and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a busy team.

Duties Include

• Loading household and commercial waste onto refuse collection vehicles
• Heavy lifting throughout the day
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Walking long distances and being on your feet for the full shift
• Assisting the driver and crew to complete collection rounds efficiently
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to undertake heavy lifting
• Comfortable being on your feet all day
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work the full shift pattern of 06:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
• Must be available to start on Monday
• Candidates MUST be able to provide a full 5-year work history. Unfortunately, applications without a complete 3-year employment history cannot be submitted for this role.

Pay & Benefits
