About this role
The Best Connection is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client for a position based at a major industrial site in Pembrokeshire.
Working Hours and pay

Monday - Wednesday
8:00am - 5:30pm

Thursday
8:00am - 5:00pm
-
Friday
8:00am - 3:30pm
- Every other Friday off (TDO)
- £14.50 starting rate
The Role
This is a varied position where you'll be fully trained across a range of duties, including
- Operating Class 2 vehicles for waste collections
- Waste yard duties, including housekeeping and preparing waste for transport
- Specialist Vac-Truck operations, such as wastewater removal, spill response and refuelling plant equipment
Requirements
Essential
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Willingness to work across all duties
- Must be willing to join the on-call rota
Desirable (training provided if required)
- ADR Licence
- CPC
- Telehandler Licence
- CCNSG Safety Passport
