Barts Health NHS Trust and St Bartholomew’s Hospital invites you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join the Electrophysiology department as part of the Barts Heart Centre.

The Electrophysiology department is the biggest in the UK and one of the biggest in Europe. Electrophysiology along with Interventional cardiology make up one of the three directorates within the Barts Heart Centre at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. The Barts Heart Centre is the biggest in the UK with its complement of 10 catherisation labs (5 of which are dedicated to EP) and 10 cardiothoracic theatres.

The post includes two days in the catheter lab at Barts Hospital and two clinics at Whipps Cross Hospital. The department is looking for someone with a keen sub-specialty interest to help lead the department and the field in their chosen area of sub-specialisation.
