Working closely with our restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams, you'll help ensure every service flows seamlessly while making guests feel recognised, valued, and cared for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating outstanding first and last impressions through warm, genuine welcomes and farewells.
- Greeting and seating guests with confidence, professionalism, and personality.
- Managing reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations to ensure a smooth guest journey.
- Building positive relationships with guests and anticipating their needs before they ask.
- Handling enquiries and special requests with care, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Working closely with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to create seamless service experiences.
- Maintaining a welcoming, elegant, and inviting atmosphere throughout the reception and dining areas.
- Helping guests celebrate special moments and creating experiences they want to return for.
