Paragon Education is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teacher for a welcoming specialist school in Walmley. This is a full-time, long-term supply opportunity starting in September 2026.
The Role
Deliver high-quality, personalised lessons for pupils with SEND.
Differentiate learning to meet individual needs and EHCP targets.
Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, communication, and complex learning needs.
Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
Work alongside support staff and external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes.
Track and assess progress to inform future planning.
