About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Impact Analyst to join our Educational Psychology and Enhanced Provision team. The team works across statutory, preventative and traded functions to improve outcomes for children and young people in North Somerset, and 'Creating Impact' is at the heart of everything we do.
In this role, you will work closely with the Principal Educational Psychologist to measure, manage and grow the impact of the service. You will collect and analyse performance data, translate findings into clear and accessible reports for stakeholders, and lead the digital systems and quality assurance processes that underpin service delivery.
Working closely with our Educational Psychologists, the role gives genuine insight into how an EP service runs day to day, including its statutory processes, consultation-led practice and service development work. This could suit someone considering a future in educational psychology as much as someone with a background in data or analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyse and interpret data relating to traded, statutory and preventative services, and produce annual, mid-year and bespoke impact reports
Develop and maintain service dashboards, automated workflows and digital referral systems that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden
Lead the development and review of the service's quality assurance systems
Manage service communications, records and key administrative processes
Plan and deliver improvement projects, events and training under the guidance of the Senior and Principal EP
