Join our housekeeping team and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across a large, busy client site. Working Monday to Friday, you'll help ensure a wide range of areas - including offices, meeting rooms, washrooms, food outlets, and communal spaces - are maintained to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being active, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of cleanliness and customer service. Your work will help create a positive experience for everyone who uses the site each day.

The Role

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the client site, ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standard.

Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment, consumables, and materials, reporting any faults or repairs to management.

Use cleaning chemicals and products in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Carry out routine, deep, and periodic cleaning tasks as scheduled.

Follow all client and company Fire, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental procedures.

Dispose of waste safely and correctly, ensuring recycling and waste segregation procedures are followed.

Respond flexibly to changing business needs and undertake additional cleaning duties as requested by your Line Manager.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and professional housekeeping service.

About You

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, motivated, and flexible with a strong work ethic.

Good communication skills and the ability to interact politely with customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.

Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach at all times.
