In Boston, from our established community base, you’ll work with a Team Leader and our staff team to lead, inspire and develop the existing service, creating even more community connections, finding exciting new opportunities which give people with learning disabilities, autism and other life-long conditions the chance to try something new.
The people we support want the chance to try new things and meet new people, as well as keep developing new skills, do more volunteering, get work experience and help local people. We know that everyone has something to contribute to their community and it’s our job to help them make that happen
