Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week + 1 in 6/7 out-of-hours call-out rota

Our client is looking for an experienced Plasterer to join their Responsive Repairs team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.

The Role

As a Plasterer, you'll be carrying out responsive repairs within occupied social housing properties.

Duties will include

-

General plastering repairs, from small patch repairs to full room plastering

-

Dry lining, float and skim work

-

Damp and mould treatment, including washing and thermal painting

-

Working from handheld devices and electronic job sheets

-

Managing your own workload efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

-

Working safely and professionally within customers' homes at all times

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you should have

-

NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent)

-

Previous experience working within social housing or occupied properties (essential)

-

Experience carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance

-

Confidence completing damp and mould remedial works

-

A full UK driving licence

-

The ability to pass a DBS check

-

Strong communication and customer service skills
