CCT Fellow in Cutaneous Allergy | University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Post CCT Fellow in Cutaneous Allergy at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. This 12-month full-time post is designed for clinicians who have completed CCT and wish to gain advanced subspecialty training in cutaneous allergy within a supportive, high-volume tertiary environment.

The post has been approved by the British Society for Cutaneous Allergy (BSCA), and the successful candidate will be expected to fulfil all requirements for BSCA accreditation during the fellowship.

The weekly timetable will include

• 2

Cutaneous allergy clinics

• 1.5

PAs

Paediatric allergy clinics

• 0.5

PA

Immunology

In addition, there will be opportunities to

• Participate in weekly skin cancer clinics
• Undertake a weekly dermatological surgical list

The post holder will gain comprehensive exposure to

• Investigation and management of complex cutaneous allergy
• Patch testing and interpretation
• Multidisciplinary working across dermatology, immunology, and paediatric allergy
