We're looking for an enthusiastic Enrolment and Student Records Officer to join our team and play a key role in managing the full student data lifecycle from application and enrolment through to completion.

Working closely with Admissions, Student Services, Apprenticeships, Curriculum and Exams, you'll ensure that student records are accurate, compliant and processed on time. You'll be the main point of contact for designated curriculum areas, supporting staff and students while helping to maintain strong data governance across the Group.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the full student data cycle, from validated applications through to enrolment and completion
  • Acting as the key student data advisor for allocated curriculum areas or campuses
  • Managing end‑to‑end student data including timetabling, enrolments, withdrawals, transfers and completions
  • Monitoring and cleansing ILR data errors, liaising with departments to resolve issues and validate funding
  • Supporting the Exams team with registrations, exam entries and qualification claims
  • Creating and maintaining Learner Agreements in line with audit requirements
  • Ensuring timetables, registers and course codes are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the group-wide Curriculum Planning process
  • Monitoring course applications and advising Curriculum Directors on enrolment trends
  • Maintaining accurate data across core systems such as ProSolution.
  • Assisting with course file maintenance and updating programme information for the website
  • Liaising with curriculum teams to ensure awarding‑body and funding assurance requirements are met
  • Assisting the Exams team during peak periods, including invigilation
  • Providing general administrative support as required
  • Supporting College Open Days and Part‑Time Events
