Your new role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records and supporting clients in a professional environment. You will play a key role in reviewing occupier cost information, liaising with homeowners and managing agents, and ensuring client records and documentation are kept up to date.

  • Reviewing lease documents and extracting key cost information
  • Managing and updating spreadsheets, schedules and client records
  • Collating information from homeowners, managing agents and third parties
  • Reviewing service charge and insurance documentation
  • Investigating discrepancies and querying missing information
  • Assisting with the preparation of client reports and supporting documentation
  • Monitoring and tracking occupier cost queries through to resolution
  • Handling client and stakeholder correspondence via email and telephone
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is stored correctly
  • Supporting the wider team with administration and project coordination tasks
  • Building positive working relationships with clients and external contacts
