We are seeking a Care Team Manager to join our welcoming team at Jubilee Court Care Home in Stevenage. Located in a quiet residential area with excellent transport links, Jubilee Court is a modern, purpose-built 91-bed care home providing residential, dementia and respite care. With beautifully landscaped gardens, excellent facilities and a strong focus on person-centred care, Jubilee Court offers a supportive environment where residents and colleagues can thrive.
As a Care Team Manager, you will lead with compassion, inspire the team and make a real difference every day. Turn your passion for care into leadership and help create exceptional moments for residents every day.
What You’ll Bring
- Level 3 Diploma in Care
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.
- Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.
- Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
