Anaesthetic Fellow with an interest in Leadership and Management

This post is designed to develop the career of clinicians with an interest in leadership and management. Applicants will gain a deeper understanding of leadership and management theory and its application to everyday situations within the NHS. Fellows will also acquire an understanding of corporate governance within a large NHS Trust through participation in meetings, including working with the NHS England One NHS Finance programme. The fellow will be able to attend meetings, understand the decision-making process and develop projects within their own sphere of interest. It is expected that the successful completion of this fellowship will provide the applicant with experiences that will aid in future job applications.
