About this role
The main aspects of this role are: Performing pre-manufacture checks on items waiting to be prepared Generation of worksheets Aseptic manufacture of products Transfer decontamination and cleaning Training of new staff in the unit You should be dedicated, flexible and able to work in a high pressured, busy and demanding working environment. You will need to be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in developing your skills and knowledge. You will be expected to use a number of computer-based systems and, therefore, will have good IT skills. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with a current requirement to work one weekend day every ten weeks in the Dispensary and to cover three bank holidays annually in the Aseptic Services Unit. All rotas are subject to review at any time. Part-time hours will be considered but must be for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
