ETOC Team Activities Co-ordinator

Provide day to day on the ground support to ETOC HCAs, Volunteer staff and department and ward teams involved in therapeutic engagement Support the delivery of training and education to enhanced care staff within the team and elsewhere across the Trust on specialist topics, including mental health awareness, de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to holistic care planning Mentor new junior team members during induction periods ensuring effective integration into the ETOC team Support in the co-ordination of team meetings and communication sessions, ensuring effective information sharing and team cohesion
