Agricultural Machinery Service Technician

THE JOB

Taking responsibility for some key day to day processes in line with company guidelines and ensuring smooth communication between all parties. Play a key part in offering industry leading levels of service to our internal and external customers.

Day to day technical support of a busy workshop, covering the following key areas;

Lead technical support. Be responsible for repairing, diagnosing, maintaining agricultural machinery and equipment from some of the most prestigious agricultural brands.

Diagnose and repair problems with machinery and equipment ensuing machinery will operate to a high standard in alignment with manufacturer specification to a high level of accuracy.

Providing technical expertise and guidance as required across the business

Maintain on-call service and offer out of hours support as required

Working within the workshop or in the field/on farm as required

Ensuring Dealer Standards are maintained across the department and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.

Maintaining a strong working relationship with all machinery departments ensuring work quality, accuracy and deadlines are met.
