An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at an established Italian restaurant in Bray.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and takes pride in producing consistently excellent food.

The role

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
• Take responsibility for your section
• Maintain excellent food-safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock control, preparation and service
• Support junior members of the kitchen team
• Work closely with the senior chefs during busy services
