Occupational Therapist

The post holder will contribute to the provision of a comprehensive, integrated and efficient therapeutic service for patients referred for Occupational Therapy (OT). Staff will rotate approximately every six months to different clinical sites and areas across the Trust. Each rotation will have clear learning objectives. On some rotations Band 5 OTs will be required to supervise non-registered staff. The post holder will be responsible for a separate and designated caseload. The post holder will take an active part in their own development and will seek help and advice accordingly. Registered staff will work alongside non-registered staff and may delegate some activities. The post holder will be supported by a Band 6 / 7 throughout the rotation.
