We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team at Garden City Court Care Home in Letchworth Garden City. Garden City Court is a welcoming 75-bed residential care home where collaboration, compassion, respect, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything we do, creating a supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will provide compassionate person-cantered care and support residents with respect and dignity to maintain independence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous Experience as a Deputy or Team Leader required
  • Leadership experience
  • Essential to hold a Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care
  • You’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manger to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home
  • You will help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
