Practice Nurse

We are working with a highly regarded GP surgery in Dudley that is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join their friendly multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Chronic disease management clinics (Diabetes, Asthma, COPD)
• Cervical cytology and women's health services
• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Wound care and dressings
• Health promotion and lifestyle advice
• Supporting QOF and enhanced services delivery
• Working collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team

About You

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
• Previous experience within General Practice or Primary Care desirable
• Competent in chronic disease management and treatment room duties
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
• Independent prescribing qualification desirable but not essential
