Providing safe, effective, and patient-centred GP consultations Managing acute and chronic conditions within the practice setting Undertaking telephone and face-to-face consultations as appropriate Reviewing pathology results, clinical correspondence, and prescribing requests Working collaboratively with practice nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, and other PCN staff Participating in clinical meetings and contributing to quality improvement activities Supporting the practices commitment to training and professional development
