This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformational programme that is reshaping how services work with children, young people and families. As we develop our Family Help offer, you'll help ensure families receive the right support at the right time, reducing the need for statutory intervention and improving outcomes for children
As part of Early Help & Targeted Support you will be based with the Children's Assessment Team, you will undertake Child in Need assessments, deliver targeted interventions and coordinate support plans that build on family strengths and create lasting change. You'll work closely with social workers and partner agencies, acting as a Lead Professional to ensure families receive coordinated and effective support.
The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 or above qualification in a relevant area such as, Social Care, Youth Work, Family Support or Teaching.
