Turners (Soham) Ltd is looking for dependable, hard working individuals to join our Chill Store team. This role offers exceptional stability, paid breaks, and a unique rota that gives you half the year off while earning a full-time wage.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure Chill stocks are correct and in date by use of Empirica WMS.

• Plan Distribution Centre pallets on DELREP and via email with other Turners sites.

• Plan incoming deliveries onto Empirica and share booking references with the customer.

• Liaise with Customers by telephone and email, answering queries in a timely manner.

• Ensure that Product Recalls and Traceability Requests are dealt with in a timely manner.

• Check all Chill Goods Receipt Notes for errors and report any Inbound Standards Notifications to the customer.

• Input Customer Orders onto Empirica.

• General Office duties.
