Plasma Operative

• Set up and prepare the plasma machine before operation.

• Load and position materials correctly.

• Operate the plasma equipment according to work instructions.

• Monitor the machine during operation for proper performance.

• Check finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment.

• Replace consumable parts (such as nozzles and electrodes) when needed.

• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Record production data and report any machine faults or defects.

• Assist with routine maintenance and notify supervisors of major issues.
