About this role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Tuberculosis (TB) team based at the Chest Clinic at King Edward VII hospital, Windsor, which is part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a aspiring person to work alongside our TB Specialist Nurses, Consultant and New Entrant Administrators.
We have a strong history of meeting our Key Performance Indicators, and you would join us in achieving this goal and in trying to reduce the high TB rates in our area. We have a strong ethos of staff appraisal and identifying Personal Development needs and you will feel supported by our team.
There will be a test at the interview.
The post holder will be responsible for booking appointments, maintaining accurate data entry, analysis data and producing reports for the Integrated Care Board (ICB). They will play a key role in organising clinics for specialist nurses and managing the booking of both new and follow-up appointments across relevant systems.
The post holder will support the service in meeting Trust performance targets and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of patient pathways. They will be required to demonstrate excellent customer service skills when dealing with patients, carers, and both internal and external stakeholders.
The post holder will be expected to work accurately and effectively under pressure, prioritise workloads appropriately, manage competing demands, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and administrative processes.
